Paid Collaborations (Posting Required)
Any collaboration that requires a guaranteed post, reel, video, or photo set is treated as a paid partnership.

Paid Media & Usage Rights
Use of Daniela’s content for advertising, paid amplification, whitelisting, or brand-owned channels requires a separate usage license.

Paid media usage is not included in posting fees by default
Commission & Affiliate Programs
Commission-based programs are considered optional upside and do not replace guaranteed collaboration fees.

Tracking method and payout schedule must be defined in advance

Fixed fees are not contingent on commission performance
Product & Equipment Requirements
When specific products, models, or equipment are required for content creation:

The correct product must be delivered prior to filming

Changes to product, components, or features after delivery may require timeline or scope adjustments

Safety and usability are prioritized, especially for child-focused content
Payment & Administrative Terms

Payment is required prior to posting unless otherwise agreed in writing

Banking, intermediary, or accounting fees are the responsibility of the paying party

Invoices are issued once per agreed scope and are not reissued due to internal processing or accounting requirements

Retroactive changes to scope or compensation are not supported
